What are we looking for? Individuality.

As a mid-sized, family-run company we know our employees are our most valuable asset. We’re not just interested in diplomas and certificates. We’re interested in people with all their individual personalities and experiences.

A look behind the scenes - Office

Discussions with customers and suppliers, internal meetings, preparation of offers, product development, marketing and controlling, and lots of Excel tables and coffee – as it should be in an office!
The two levels of our office space house the following departments:
· Order Processing
· Product Management
· Purchase
· Bookkeeping
· Human Resources
· Quality Management
· Marketing and Distribution
· Export/Import / Customs

A look behind the scenes - Logistics

In the logistics department, numerous national and international deliveries are commissioned and despatched daily. Incoming goods from our suppliers are accepted, checked and stored. As a retailer of medical products, we naturally pay extra attention to cleanliness and order. In line with our high quality standards, commissioned orders are always monitored according to the four-eye principle.

A look behind the scenes - Cleanroom

The ISO class 8 clean room was built and qualified in 2015 for the TRUPACK® product area. Because of steadily increasing demand, it was expanded as early as the beginning of 2019. The modular structure will allow us to expand our capacities quickly and easily in the future.

Scope for creativity in an international company

At this family-run business you benefit from flat hierarchies and rapid decision-making processes.
We offer a family environment that’s also international and innovative. We do business in over 40 countries, we are continuously growing and developing our products (and as a company), in cooperation with a range of international partners.

What you can expect from us

Many of our employees have been whole-heartedly and enthusiastically on board for many years. Fair pay, an open, tolerant and constructive business culture and family-friendly approach have certainly helped with that. We also take our corporate social responsibility very seriously, too. As well as striving for sustainability and resource-protection in manufacture of our products, we are committed to environmental protection and provide very intensive support to the KARIBU project, an aid project to prevent child blindness in Africa initiated by one of our employees.

Training and continuing education

We know that our success depends on the specialist expertise of our employees. That’s why continuous professional development, vocational training and regular training is such a high priority for us.

Collegial work environment

Our roots as a family business are reflected in our corporate culture: a collegial work environment built on trust and solidarity.

Fitness and health

As a member of our team, you’ll benefit from discounted memberships at Sportnavi. Enjoy flexible and personalised access to over 5,200 sports, fitness, and wellness offers.

Company-sponsored bike

We facilitate sustainable mobility for our employees. Benefit from a leased bike and add more movement to your daily routine.
