And their health, too: We subsidise Sportnavi membership to promote exercise, and we provide fresh regionally-sourced fruit in the winter months to make sure employees get the vitamins they need. We also cover the flat rate charge for coffee and water.

Once you’ve done that it’s over to us to have a look at your documents. We know you are waiting to hear our feedback. So you will have a response from us as quickly as possible – normally within a week.

3. Getting to know each other*

If we both decide we ought to get to know each other, we’ll invite you to visit us at our company. As well as a face-to-face interview you’ll have the opportunity to view our company to gain a good picture of us. Depending on the position you’ve applied for, there may be a second interview with the relevant specialist.

4. Onboarding

If we decide we’d like to work together, the next step is a comprehensive induction process (“onboarding”). This will give you a chance to get an accurate picture of the various departments at our company as well as how they interact with each other. We generally agree a probationary period, at the end of which we have a joint discussion on our impressions of the induction period and what opportunities there are for deployment and development.
